SWEEP draws its strength from an active membership. We invite you to join us and contribute to environmental quality and understanding in Vermont. The suggested annual donation is $40.00 for organizations and $15.00 for individuals. If your organization is able to make an additional contribution toward the New England Environmental Education Alliance (NEEEA) Conference that Vermont hosts every six years, it would be greatly appreciated!

• Organizes semi-annual meetings open to all individuals and organizations interested in environmental and sustainability education.



• Produces a semi-annual newsletter updating members about SWEEP activities and environmental education in Vermont and elsewhere.



• Produces a Directory of SWEEP members offering environmental education services in Vermont.



• Administers the SWEEP listserv. To sign up, visit the Yahoo! Groups site and click "Join Group!"



• Participates in the six-state New England Environmental Education Alliance. As a NEEEA member, SWEEP is one of the alternating organizers and hosts of the annual NEEEA Conference.



• Hosts professional development workshops on topics relevant to environmental educators.
